Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Canada, so your needlepoint arrives quickly and without cross-border delays.
How fast do you ship orders and how long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–4 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout.
Do I have to pay duties or import taxes?
No. Since we ship from within Canada, Canadian customers will not pay duties or import taxes — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Is my order tracked?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I change, cancel, or fix my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, we can often help. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pointcraftstudio.ca
What is your return policy and how do I start a return?
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@pointcraft.ca with your order number.
Refunds are processed within 7–8 business days after we receive your return.

What is the difference between a canvas and a kit?
A canvas is the stitched design only. A kit includes the canvas plus threads, a needle, and instructions with tips — the complete stitching package.
Are your products beginner-friendly?
Yes! We offer a wide selection of beginner-friendly kits and canvases, as well as options for more experienced stitchers.
Do you offer finishing services after my piece is stitched?
Yes, we offer professional finishing services so your stitched canvas can be turned into ornaments, pillows, framed art, and more. We’re also happy to recommend the best finishing options for your design.
