Land Acknowledgement

We acknowledge that we create and gather on the traditional lands of Indigenous peoples across what is now known as Ontario. Our studio is situated on territory that is the ancestral home of many Nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishinaabeg, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples.

We recognize and honour their enduring connection to this land, water, and community, and we are grateful to live and create as guests here. As makers working with our hands, we acknowledge that the threads of our craft are tied to the histories of care, skill, and stewardship practiced by Indigenous artisans since time immemorial.

We commit to continuing our learning and to supporting Indigenous voices, makers, and communities through our work.
